The Position: We’re looking for Production Specialist 1. The pay range we’re offering for this entry level position is $16 per hour with lots of overtime opportunity. 90 day probationary review often results in wage increase.
We offer full health insurance coverage or option to increase hourly wage if coverage is waived.
We also offer Dental and Accident coverage with minimal employee contribution.
Requirements:
No previous experience necessary. On the job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Properly strip out concrete products from numerous types of forms.
Learn the ins and outs of creating unique custom precast products for high end projects throughout the US.
Prepare products for shipping.
Prepare, repair, and setup forms.
Shop duties – Sweeping, organizing, heavy lifting and general cleaning.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts.
Abide by all safety protocol.
The Location: Arco Concrete is based just North of Brighton, CO. Many people don’t realize how wonderful this location is to work. With traffic being what it is today most traffic is going the opposite direction making the commute more enjoyable.
